| Well-Fixed Asset software can separate a Company under a Group of Companies, which will cost an extra charge. That company will also receive a software license without affecting the closing and submission of annual financial statements. |
| If a branch wants to use the same program or database as the head office, they can connect the data through the same database server that the head office uses. However, if that branch is a separate company, we would recommend to separate the database so that it does not affect the closing and the submission of annual financial statements. |
| For On-Premise and On-Hybrid solutions, only computers with Well-Fixed Asset software installed will be needed. For On-Cloud solution, different kinds of devices can access Remote Desktop will be acceptable. |

| Under normal usage, warranty offers 1 year for handheld scanner and 6 months for battery. For other hardware, when problems occur consultant team will provide remote checking or send back to MB Tech for detail checking. If no replacement part is needed the fixing will be free of charge, however repair quotation will be sent for users’ confirmation. |

| Both security and usage rights can be set by users. |
| Our program backup is available for download and installation through Customer Portal, which is one of our online supporting tools. It is accessible only when customers are under maintenance. |
| Database can either be backed up by using the backup function in the software or other database management program chosen by your company. |
